Only a year ago, to find the online-daily services in Milan was something unbelievable. Due to lock down the situation has changed drammatically. Now the majority of the shops from grocery to clothing have online delivery within a couple of hours or days. Among all, there are few that became really popular among the population of the city and, as for me, so much comfortable for usage as I keep using them even after heavy lockdown.

Client loyalty program of accumulated points defacto giving the bonuses for the new purchases or possibility to buy the experiences. To Milan, the delivery takes 2 days.
2. Food Delivery service – Deliveroo, the possibility to order the dishes from the restaurants/cafeterias/shops in Milan with a choice of the district and the distance from home (an important factor when ordering pizza for instance). Online tracking allows you to see the rider and time till the door (contactless) delivery. The additional positive point is the ability to choose paper bags for packing instead of plastic.

Flowers shop and delivery – Colvin, has a decent choice of stylish bouquets with fresh flowers coming in the big cardboard box with supplements and all the instructions on how to prolong the life of the flowers. There is also an opportunity to choose the vase for the bouquet and it will arrive in the same box. Delivery time: from one hour till next/booked day.
