The third edition of the Fashion vibes (@fashionvibesmilano) initiative popped up new faces in Milan. The collective show of seven brands from all over the world rocked the catwalk on February 20.
Indeed, the cuteness overload award of the night was given to the youngest models wearing Vel Yurchenko brand. Those girls with bright smiles and as the designer says: “with character, stylish, brave, unpredictable”, confidently opened the show, creating the atmosphere of teen rebellion mixed up with tenderness.
Mommydolls – Italian ready-to-wear brand – lifted the kiddo mood up by the “like mother like daughter” performance, emphasizing the unique relationship between the mom and the daughter.
The “Luxury clochard” collection by Italian brand Hanna Moore Milano demonstrated the game of strong contrasts between street and couture.
The runway show of the Italian brand “Grace” (by Grazia Di Miceli) pumped up the mood with the bright colors of original swimwear.
A young Russian brand with Spanish name Valiosa (“priceless”) by designer Svetlana Pereyaslavtseva showcased the costume collection with romantic and quite melancholic title “Shining of a distant star”.
Russian ready-to-wear brand Rasena introduced the conceptual collection “Alba”. Fully produced in Perm (Russian city) it is also eco-friendly and using recycled materials for production. The sustainable business model is linked with the cultural message the designer wants to spread out – living in harmony.
The closing show was made by the Egyptian designer Sara Onsi. Bridal couture brand`s collection had an unconditional success among the audience. The elegantly undisguised luxury of each dress aroused the desire to examine the details of the garments endlessly. Seemed, every fashionista in the room dreamed to have at least one piece in their closet. Indeed, all of us have got the vibe.
