Han Sessions an artist from Lugano (https://instagram.com/hansessions), expose his hacked manifests: hybrid objects that overturn the street art of the skate parks by bringing it back to an informal painting of great lightness and visual power. Strongly influenced by the world of graphics his works exploit the use of multiple disciplines and techniques to represent distant places and the people who live there.
“My collages appear as windows on surreal worlds where the human element is often disguised by starry skies, wallpapers, and impossible animals. Women with long bodies with only hinted forms, belonging to all eras, animate my paintings remaining suspended between the realism of the collage and the abstraction of the geometric shapes that make up the backgrounds. With the help of material found in the smallest corners of the world, my work is heterogeneous and prolific.”
